Hangad started in 1991 as a group of juniors and seniors singing for Days with the Lord retreats in the Ateneo High School in Quezon City. Entering college some years later, this original all-male group welcomed in members of a liturgical choir from the all-girl School of the Holy Spirit. Our group has been growing ever since. Today, Hangad comprises alumni of Ateneo de Manila University, University of the Philippines, University of Sto Tomas, Miriam College, De La Salle University, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines; with members in diverse fields.
