At present Hangad doesn't have any plans for recruitment.
Hangad's normal recruitment process is by invitation to audition. The auditions involve an evaluation in terms of musical proficiency, as well as an interview by the core group.
The invitation to audition is not a guarantee of being accepted into the group though. The core group deliberates on the results of the audition and interview and makes its decision after discussion and evaluation.
